Inspections

The Bent Oak Circle Board conducts annual inspections of the exteriors of all of the units.

Owners are not required to be present for the inspection since entry into the unit is not required. If an owner wishes to be present, they just need to be home at the time of the inspection. The only thing we do ask is that the gate to the backyard be left unlocked.
