Maintenance Fees
PCC 194 collects maintenance fees from all owners to cover the operational costs of the property and to ensure our reserved fund has sufficient funds to cover large scale repairs.
Some of the things your fees cover are:
- Mowing of the grass
- Snow removal
- Electricity to the street lights
- Storm water charge

Maintenance fees are collected on the 5th of every month by pre-authorized debit.
If you are a new owner, or there has been a change to your bank accounts, you must submit a completed PAD Agreement to the Board Treasurer either:
