Make sure you have the right insurance

Properties in Bent Oak Circle are detached condominiums and therefore Peel Condominium Corporation 194 maintains insurance for not only the common areas but also the individual dwellings from the studs out.

When signing up for insurance, make sure to request condominium package insurance.

Please note, the insurance is only to the standard Bent Oak Circle dwelling which at this time is wood siding. If your home has been upgraded to vinyl siding, talk to your insurance provider about additional insurance for betterments and improvements.
